However, what a disappointment. I made the mistake of assuming it would be a better quality since it cost so much more than the competition. WRONG! Inside glass shattered first time i cleaned it. i bought 3 year warranty and basically useless. Takes a minimum of 20 min to preheat. broiler takes a minumum of 20 min to get food lightly browned. We love the appearance, the quality, the ease-of-use, the ultraglide racks, and the many features of this double oven. Baked goods brown evenly, the broiler works great, and the user interface is wonderful. We are still getting accustomed to using the convection oven features, but we use the recipe conversion feature to get the temperature setting for a recipe that uses conventional oven temperatures. It does take longer to heat than my old unit, but nowhere the twenty minutes that was mentioned. Our broiler works extremely well. Baked goods come out evenly cooked and nicely browned. The roller-glide racks are a joy to use...there are three in each of the top and bottom sections. Only more time will tell how reliable it is, but so far it's operated flawlessly.
