 2 years of use but now replacement for a small part- BEWARE!, This review is from: Electrolux : EW27EW55GS 27 Single Electric Wall Oven - Stainless Steel We've owned this oven for over 2 years and though its use is infrequent, it's a great oven which we enjoy using. However, one of the oven lights burned out and its replacement per Electrolux parts dept. means buying a much larger part which costs between 55-67 dollars. It's ridiculously expensive and wasteful to have to buy a larger part to simply change a burned-out bulb. Since the part shown as the replacement has wires, it would seem to require taking some of the oven body apart or have some special tools and skills- or... incur the additional expense of having an installer come over.It took a lot of research to discover it's a 40 watt halogen bulb- impossible to find this info on the bulb itself, in the oven or in the literature provided or on the web. We eventually found a 35 watt double loop, G9 base bulb to replace the faulty one, cost: about 10$ It works just fine for way less.
