| 8 of 8 people found the following review helpful  Very Good 24" Double Oven Replacement, This review is from: Maytag : CWE5800ACB 24 Double Wall Oven - Black The best thing about this oven (cwe5800acb) was that it fit the hole where my 1980 vintage Magic Chef 24" double oven was mounted. The published Maytag cutout dimensions made me think I would have to carve out an extra 1/2" of height from my cabinet. But when it arrived I found it was an exact drop in for the old oven, even down to the location of the cabinet mounting holes in the frame. This is huge from the point of view of the installer.I've had the oven for 2 1/2 years now, and everything still works great. The self cleaning feature restores the (top) oven to like new. The controls are accurate and functional. The only slight quibble I have is the fan is slightly noisy. I'm guessing the fan is necessary to cool the controls, since my Magic Chef had no fan and its controls kept going out. A little noise is a good trade off for reliable operation.
