(Plainfield, NJ United States) - See all my reviews  It is a basic no frills oven which is fine but it is rather small. I have cookie sheets that I cannot use at all because this oven is too small. Ham, chicken or turkey must be under 8 lbs if you want to use both racks and the top rack burns food pretty quickly if one isn't careful. I'd say if one isn't a real cooking type, this would be great but not for a person that is and likes to use both racks.
